Processing ’16 will be held in the Save Centre in Belgrade. As the congress attendees have already got used to, Processing ’16 will be held in the first week of June, on Thursday and Friday - 2nd and 3rd June 2016. This year our gathering is also included in the Training Programme of Permanent Professional Development of the members of the Serbian Chamber of Engineers. Considering the experience from the last year’s congress and considering that this year the congress is organized in Belgrade, we expect that besides regular attendees of Processing, the broader engineering community will take part in this congress in even greater numbers than in previous years.

The Organizing Committee and the Scientific Committee of Processing ’16 are inviting you to actively participate in the congress. In the last two years the congress was organized in direct cooperation with business organizations, which were the congress general patrons. In 2014 the congress was held in the premises of the company Messer Tehnogas in Belgrade, and in 2015 it was held in Inđija, where the patron was the company GasTeh from Inđija. As expected, the topics of the congress, introductory lectures and round tables were from the fields of these companies’ activities. Unlike the two previous congresses, Processing ’16 will not have such clearly specified thematic orientation and, therefore, we expect that the congress attendees will form the contents and thematic fields of the congress with their papers, presentations and discussions. One number of papers will be selected for publishing in the journal “Procesna tehnika” (Process Engineering).

"FM Transactions" journal (M24, accessable on Scopus), will publish selected papers among papers delivered on Processing '16.
