Serbian Chamber of EngineersThe Law on Planning and Construction (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, 47/2003 and 34/2006) regulates the establishment of the Serbian Chamber of Engineers with its seat in Belgrade. The Chamber was established to improve the conditions for performance of the professional work in the field of the spatial and city planning, design and construction, and in other fields of relevance for planning and construction; protect the general and individual interests in these fields; organize rendering of services in these fields, and also to achieve other objectives set by the Chamber Statute. Union of Engineers and Technicians of SerbiaThe Union of Engineers and Technicians of Serbia is a voluntary, non-governmental, non-profit, scientific, interest, professional, non-party organization of engineers and technicians and their organizations in the Republic of Serbia, founded on the basis of free associating. UETS is open for cooperation with other scientific, commercial and other organizations on the basis of mutual recognition, mutual respect and independence in work. UETS is organized for the purpose of realization of the aims and tasks of mutual and general purpose and interest. Serbian HVAC&R SociatyThe Serbian Society for Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning gathers engineers and technicians of thermal engineering and associated fields, who are engaged in the implementation of heating, refrigerating and air-conditioning systems within the Union of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and Technicians of Serbia (SMEITS), for the purpose of advancing the profession, improving quality of life and protecting the environment. http://kgh-kongres.rs/index.php/sr/ |

THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE ASHRAE DANUBE CHAPTER (2010) The annual meeting of the ASHRAE Danube Chapter was held in Timisoara on 16th April 2010 within the 19th conference of AIIR (Romanian Association of Installation Engineers). In the working session of the meeting, 9 papers were presented by students and a lecture was given by Mr. Drury Crawley, an ASHRAE distinguished lecturerer, on energy efficient buildings.
